As a mum of two and owner of two Pilates and Yoga studios in Melbourne, I know how difficult it can be to make time to fit in a workout or get your body moving. I also know how important it is for me to fit in a few core strengthening exercises so I have the ability to stay strong and keep up with the demand of my busy schedule.
