RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you had an #AMAZING experience with DECJUBA. We understand that sometimes the product purchased isn't quite right for you.
Within 30 days of purchase, you are able to receive a refund, credit note or exchange for any full priced purchase made online or in store.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at DECJUBA, D-LUXE & DECJUBA Kids in regards to returning or exchanging.
DECJUBA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply and are subject to alterations and cancellations as per our returns policy. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
- All items must be unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached.
- All items must be tried on with underwear. When trying on swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. If removed or altered the return will be refused.
- All shoes and accessories must be returned in original condition with all packaging included.
- We do not accept returns on any SALE items, jewellery or bodysuits.
- We accept change of mind returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. We don't refund for change of mind on sale items but will exchange within 14 days for an alternate size or colour in the same style.

Please note: We are unable to process exchanges through our online store. If you would like to exchange for an alternate item, size or colour please visit your nearest DECJUBA store.

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE ORDER IN STORE
DECJUBA accepts returns and exchanges in store of online purchases under the following conditions:
- You have proof of purchase.
- DECJUBA & D-LUXE items are only to be returned to any DECJUBA store.
- DECJUBA Kids items are only to be returned to any DECJUBA Kids store.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made using our Buy Now, Pay Later Payment methods - AFTERPAY, ZIPPAY or KLARNA. We do offer an exchange for colour and/or size.
RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES
DECJUBA accepts returns made in store under the following conditions:
- You have proof of purchase.
- Products were purchased at original retail price.
- Products are returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on:
- Sale items. We can provide an exchange for an alternate size or colour within 14 days of purchase.
- Jewellery and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons.
EXCHANGES
DECJUBA accepts exchanges made in store under the following conditions:
- You have proof of purchase.
- Products are unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
- We can provide an exchange on a sale item for an alternate size or colour only within 14 days of purchase.
