1. How do I checkout using Afterpay

Simply shop and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout for orders over $80. For customers using Afterpay for the first time, your first installment will be processed at the time of purchase.Please do not exit the Afterpay browser until your order is completed.

2. Can I return an Afterpay purchased item?

Online purchases made using Afterpay must be returned to DECJUBA online for a refund. Stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made using Afterpay but can assist with an exchange of colour or size for the exact same style.Provided returns fall within the DECJUBA return requirements, Afterpay will process a refund back to the card used.

3. Can I use Afterpay online and in-store?

Afterpay is only available for purchases made online via the Australia and New Zealand websites only.Afterpay currently is not available in store.

4. When will my first payment be charged?

All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed since you placed that order. For online orders under $500 placed thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. For all orders over $500, your first payment will always be deducted at the time of purchase.

3. When is my payment due?

When you choose our Pay In 4 interest-free instalments service, we place a reservation for the first instalment on your account. This reservation will be charged as the first payment when your order has been shipped. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically charged every 2 weeks. Your payment schedule is sent via email when your order is shipped. You can also find each order’s payment schedule in the app by clicking on ‘Spending’, choosing the order you want to see, and then clicking on ‘Show Plan’.Remember that as part of the Klarna promotion, we will wipe up to $50 off your 4th instalment.

4. Can I pay off my balance early?

You can choose to pay off your order early at any time in your Klarna app.Simply open the purchase you would like to pay early and select “Payment Options” then either pay “next instalment” or “full purchase”.However, please note if you pay your full order early the Klarna team will refund the discount amount at the time your 3rd instalment payment was due. Please note, this can take up to 10 days to process from the 3rd instalment payment date. If you don’t receive your discount amount refund by this time, please contact our customer service team via the Klarna app.

1. Can I return a Zip purchased item?

Yes, provided returns fall within the DECJUBA return requirements. Any balance owed will be credited to your zip account.

Online purchases made using zip must be returned to DECJUBA online for a refund. Stores are unable to process returns for purchases made using zip as the payment method but can assist with an exchange of colour or size for the same style.

2. How often do I need to make repayments?

Choose from weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments to suit your lifestyle. Repayments start from $40 a month and are based on your account's credit limit. For full repayment terms, visit the Zippay website.
