DECJUBA is proud to be a female-founded and led business, with a strong commitment to equity across all areas.

As part of the Workplace Gender Equality Amendment (Closing the Gender Pay Gap) Act 2023, DECJUBA is committed to being transparent about workplace gender equality. We are mindful of the gender pay gap and committed to ensuring equitable salaries for all team members.

At DECJUBA, we are proud that our internal policies and programs reflect our commitment to an equitable workplace. This includes our Gender-based Violence Policy; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Policy (DEIB); Parental Leave Policy; Visa Sponsorship Policy; Flexible Workplace Policy; Equitable Remuneration Policy; and D:CREATE Program.

DECJUBA is made up of 1,597 team members (99% female, 1% male). As a predominantly female clothing brand, we recognise we are more likely to attract women into roles within our organisation. The pay gap at DECJUBA is skewed due to the small number of male team members, many of whom are in Head Office roles. We are proud to have a balanced gender representation in our Executive Leadership Team.

As we work towards a more equitable workplace, we are committed to ongoing education, and evolving our strategy to align with industry best practice.

Together, we are leaving the world more amazing than we found it.
