Thread Together is a non-profit dedicated to donating rather than disposing of unsold clothing.

OUR COMMITMENT
Over the next three years, DECJUBA Foundation will support Thread Together by funding two mobile wardrobe vans to deliver new, quality clothing to 150,000 people in need.
Thread Together’s mobile wardrobe service is a fleet of vehicles fitted with custom walk-in wardrobes, powered by volunteers to deliver clothes to marginalised and isolated communities across the country, including crisis response.
By partnering with a network of charities, social service agencies, and volunteers, thousands of people across Australia are clothed free of charge every week via online services, mobile wardrobes, and clothing hubs. Recipients include women escaping domestic violence, homeless adults and children, and people who have just arrived in Australia seeking refuge.

OUR IMPACT
Every week, 2500 people are touched by Thread Together’s services. The funding of two new mobile wardrobes will bring Thread Together’s fleet to a total of 11, which will in turn support Thread Together to achieve a larger goal – to positively impact 500,000 vulnerable Australians by 2025.
Their impact doesn’t stop there. By keeping clothing in circulation, Thread Together prevents over 700,000kgs of new fashion items from being sent to landfill each year (that’s over 5.5 million pieces to date!).
