DECJUBA is officially B Corp™ Certified

APRIL 2026 | 4 MINUTE READ

DECJUBA IS FINALLY B CORP CERTIFIED

We're proud to share that DECJUBA is now a Certified B Corporation™. A big milestone for us and one that's been years in the making.

But we know the work doesn’t stop here. Being B Corp™ certified is a moment to celebrate the commitment we’re continuing to make—to keep improving, as a brand, and as a business.

What does B Corp™ mean to DECJUBA?

We all know the fashion world is driven by product, but much of its impact is shaped by how a business operates beyond the clothes themselves.

As a responsible fashion brand, it was important to us that our progress could be measured, compared and improved over time. Third-party verification holds us accountable for how we operate today, and challenges us to keep improving as we grow.

For us, better isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s something we work toward every day. This certification is proof to you – our amazing community – that when we say we’ll do better, we back it up with action that benefits our purpose, people, product and planet.

Think of it less as a gold star and more as a framework that sets clear expectations for what’s next.

DECJUBA CEO, Audrey, at the Denim Studio
B Corp Certification gives us clarity. It shows where we're doing well, where we need to improve, and keeps us accountable for closing that gap. That transparency matters to our teams, our customers and the industry we're part of.

So what is B Corp™, actually?

You might have seen the logo on your coffee, your skincare or your favourite pair of jeans - but what does it actually mean?

B Corp Certification is run by B Lab, a global non-profit on a mission to shift the behavior, culture, and structure of capitalism by mobilising collective action to address society’s most critical challenges.

The TL;DR? B Lab don't just look at the product—they measure the whole business. Our stores, our supply chains, our head office, how we look after our teams and how we show up in the community.

That’s what makes the certification process so rigorous (as it should be). Every claim has to be backed by evidence, and it’s far from a set-and-forget exercise. Re-certification happens every three years, with a requirement to continuously improve.

What drove our impact?

Going through the B Corp process made us take a really honest look at ourselves—what we're doing well and where we need to do better.

Here are some of the key areas where our impact was recognised:

We have full visibility of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 factories, with all Tier 1 sites ethically audited and publicly disclosed.

We piloted Authentified as the first retailer to support the resale of pre-loved DECJUBA garments—helping extend product life and reduce waste.

Through DECJUBA Foundation, 1% of every sale is donated to not-for-profit community organisations. To date, we’ve contributed more than $15 million.

Currently, over 30% of our range is currently classified as DECJUBA Future Approved, prioritising lower-impact materials, with targets to increase that year on year.

Becoming a Certified B Corp shows what's possible when every team unites with purpose. It holds us accountable for how we operate today, and challenges us to keep improving as we grow. This certification isn't the finish line.

What comes next?

Becoming a B Corp is an important milestone, but it’s not the end of our journey.

We’re continuing to expand circular initiatives like resale, increase the use of responsibly sourced materials, improve supply chain transparency, and reduce waste earlier in the design process.

B Lab has also introduced updated global standards, which will come into effect in 2026. These standards introduce mandatory performance requirements across additional areas, and like all B Corps, DECJUBA will transition to these updated standards as part of future recertification.
