Orders are dispatched for our warehouse within 48 hours, however, due to the COVID-19 lockdown & current order volumes our delivery partners are experiencing some delays. Please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
INSTORE: Due to COVID-19 store closures, we are offering extended in store returns of up to 60 days in VIC & ACT and up to 120 days in NSW.
ONLINE: Return your order via post within our 14 day return period. Access our returns portal.

3: CALL & COLLECT
During the current COVID-19 lockdown period, we are offering a call and collect service in all New Zealand stores. Please contact your local store and our team will be able to assist you to place your order and pay over the phone. Your order will then be prepared for collection in store. Service available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday - Sunday 10am - 4pm.

4: CREDIT NOTES & GIFT CARDS
Physical credit notes & gift cards that expire during a COVID-19 lockdown period will be honoured in store up to 6 weeks after lockdown ends.
5: STORE TO DOOR
Can't find a style or size online? Our customer service team is here to help. Our team will help you locate your items, place your order, and have it delivered to you from one of our stores, via our existing shipping services. 6: A SAFE IN STORE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown, our ACT, metropolitan Melbourne, metropolitan Sydney & selected regional NSW stores are closed until further notice.
The rest of Australia is open & ready to bring you amazing everyday.
We have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe shopping experience for you & our team:
- Increased frequency of cleaning
- Antibacterial products available upon entering the store
- Contactless payment methods encouraged
- Physical distancing markers around the store to help you shop comfortably and maintain a 1.5m between yourself and others
- Every second fitting room closed to give confidence you will be at a safe physical distance when trying on clothes
- All team completed a COVID-19 procedures induction
