CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE?

We hope you love your online Decjuba purchases, however if you change your mind, you can return merchandise purchased online at any time within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or an exchange if the merchandise has not been worn, is not soiled or damaged and has its original tags attached with the exclusion of marked down sale merchandise and shoes that have been worn.

Merchandise purchased online during a promotion (for example 20% off everything) is eligible to be returned for a refund or an exchange at any time within fourteen days of receipt, if the merchandise has not been worn, is not soiled or damaged and has its original tags attached with the exclusion of marked down sale merchandise and shoes that have been worn.

Merchandise purchased online and believed to be faulty or damaged can be returned at any time, whether or not the merchandise was purchased on sale or during a promotion. No responsibility is taken for dry cleaning or damage to delicate fabrics.

WHERE & HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE?

You are more than welcome to return merchandise purchased online for a refund or an exchange by posting the merchandise back to the Decjuba Warehouse.

Merchandise purchased online and being returned for a refund must be posted back to the Decjuba Warehouse. Decjuba stores are not able to provide refunds for merchandise purchased online.

If you purchase merchandise online and the size isn't right, you are more than welcome to exchange for a different size in any full price Decjuba store in Australia or New Zealand.

Please note that Decjuba merchandise must be exchanged to a Decjuba store and cannot be exchanged in a Decjuba Kids store. Decjuba Kids merchandise must be exchanged to a Decjuba Kids store and cannot be exchanged in a Decjuba store.

All international customers outside of Australia and New Zealand can return merchandise purchased online for a refund or an exchange by posting the merchandise back to the Decjuba Warehouse.

All merchandise purchased online and being posted back to the Decjuba Warehouse for a refund or an exchange should be posted to the below address.

Please include a completed return form, noting your requests when returning merchandise. A returns form can be download here.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the day your return is received at the Decjuba Warehouse for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

REFUNDS

If you would like to return merchandise purchased online for a refund, please post the merchandise back to the Decjuba Warehouse. Decjuba stores are not able to provide refunds for merchandise purchased online.

All refunds are processed through our secure payment gateway back onto the credit card or other payment type that was used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to return merchandise purchased online for an exchange, please post the merchandise back to the Decjuba Warehouse.

We do our best to facilitate exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable in the Decjuba Warehouse at the time of processing your return please understand we may not be able to fulfil this for you.

We recommend repurchasing desired merchandise to ensure that you have secured your requested replacement.

If you purchase merchandise online and the size isn't right, you are more than welcome to exchange for a different size in a full price Decjuba store in Australia or New Zealand.

Please note that Decjuba merchandise must be exchanged to a Decjuba store and cannot be exchanged in a Decjuba Kids store. Decjuba Kids merchandise must be exchanged to a Decjuba Kids store and cannot be exchanged in a Decjuba store.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We want you to be completely happy with merchandise that you have purchased online, however if you are not happy with merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or damaged it can be returned at any time, whether or not the merchandise was purchased on sale or during a promotion.

Please let us know in writing quoting your customer order number if you are not happy with merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or damaged.

If merchandise is deemed to be faulty or damaged, we will replace it. Alternatively, we may issue you with refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.

ONLINE RETURN POSTAGE

If you need to return merchandise purchased online, we recommend that you post the merchandise back to the Decjuba Warehouse via registered post or courier to ensure it is received securely and in a timely manner.

We are not responsible for merchandise purchased online being returned to us that is lost in transit.

We are not responsible for any return postage charges incurred in returning merchandise to us, including faulty and damaged merchandise.

We will not refund postage if postage was paid for the original delivery.

All merchandise returned to us must be packaged appropriately and must adhere to our online return conditions.

PAYPAL FREE RETURN POSTAGE

PayPal will refund your return shipping costs on eligible purchases with PayPal Refunded Returns. This service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have used PayPal to pay for their online order and registered for it on the PayPal website here.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED IN STORE?

We hope you love your in store Decjuba purchases, however if you change your mind, upon presentation of a valid receipt we will gladly accept the return of merchandise purchased in store for an exchange or a credit note within fourteen days of purchase if the merchandise has not been worn, is not soiled or damaged and has its original tags attached with the exclusion of marked down sale merchandise and shoes that have been worn.

Merchandise purchased in store and believed to be faulty or damaged can be returned at any time, whether or not the merchandise was purchased during a promotion or sale. No responsibility is taken for dry cleaning or damage to delicate fabrics.

Merchandise purchased in store should be returned to a Decjuba store, the Decjuba Warehouse cannot process returns for merchandise that has been purchased in store.

In store credit notes are valid for six months and cannot be redeemed on the Decjuba website.
