When will my order be shipped?
We understand that getting your order delivered straight to your door is a priority.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our Australian website ships to most international locations via courier post for $15 AUD, excluding New Zealand, via www.decjuba.com.au.
Your order may attract duties and taxes based on your country’s import laws. You will be contacted by FedEx on the next steps and payment. Please visit your local border/customs agents for more information.
All purchases placed on our New Zealand website via www.decjuba.co.nz are shipped directly to New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?
All DECJUBA members in Australia & New Zealand automatically receive free shipping on all orders over $80.00
Free regular post on all orders over $80.00 for DECJUBA members.
$10.95 regular post charge for all orders under $80.00, delivery within approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch.
$14.95 express post charge, delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch.
If your delivery address is outside of the Australia Post express delivery network, including some area's in WA your delivery may not be covered by the Australia Post express next day guarantee. For more information, please visit the Australia Post website.

$10.90 PBT Couriers, delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch for North Island, and 2-3 business days for South Island.

How do i get free shipping on my order over $80?
Free regular shipping is automatically applied at the cart once the $80 threshold has been reached for all orders within Australia & New Zealand.
How do i track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track your parcel online with Australia Post (for all Australian deliveries) or PBT Couriers (for all New Zealand deliveries)
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking ID which you can use to track your delivery online on the relevant Australia Post website or PBT Courier Website.
Alternatively, you can check your order status by logging into your online account. Once your order has shipped you will also find your tracking ID saved against your order in your online account which you can use to track your delivery online on the Australia Post website or PBT Courier website.
International shipments can initially be tracked via www.auspost.com.au. Once the order reaches the destination country it can be tracked via your local shipment provider's website. If you are unsure who your local shipment provider will be please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can help provide this information.
Why is my tracking ID saying "invalid"?
Once your order has been allocated a tracking number and dispatched, it can take up to 24 hours for initial scans to register with the Australia Post website.
If you find that the tracking information is still not showing after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to help.
How long will my delivery take?
After your order has been shipped by our warehouse, delivery will vary depending on your shipment service and your location.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is with shipment service, delivery is in the hands of the shipment service. We only use reputable postage and courier services to deliver merchandise, Australia Post in most instances.
Approximate delivery timeframes are below, please note that these are indicative only and subject to change by the shipment provider.
Regular post service: delivery within approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch.
Express post service: delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch.
All Australian online orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Please note, if your delivery address is outside of the Australia Post Express delivery network, including some areas in WA your delivery may not be covered by the Australia Post Express next-day guarantee. For more information, please visit the Australia Post website.
Standard delivery within approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch.
All New Zealand online orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers and NZ Post.
REST OF WORLD
Courier express post service: delivery within approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch.
All international orders purchased via our Australian website are shipped via Australia Post and handed to the national postage provider in your country for delivery.
Will i have to sign for my delivery?
Unless you request a Safe Drop via your Australia Post MyPost account, all deliveries must be signed for upon arrival.
If you are not available to sign for a delivery in person and have not requested a Safe Drop via Australia Post, a calling card will be left by the shipping provider and your delivery will be taken to the closest post office for collection

DECJUBA takes no responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise as a result of merchandise left in a Safe Drop location.
What if i am not there when my order is delivered?
If you are not available to sign for a delivery in person, a calling card will be left by the shipping provider and your delivery will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
Parcels are kept at the post office for 10 business days. If the parcel has not been collected by then, it will be returned to the Decjuba Warehouse.
For residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7 am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9 am to 5 pm AEST.
Can i change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible however may be able to amend your address if your order has not been dispatched.
To request to change your delivery address please contact email@example.com
If your order has already been dispatched, DECJUBA cannot change your delivery address, and you will need to update it through Australia Post by creating a 'My Post' account immediately.
A My Post account can be created via the following link https://auspost.com.au/mypost or by contacting Australia Post on 13 76 78 with your tracking ID.
Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in & is valid for Australian deliveries only.
Can I change my address with Australia Post while my parcel is in transit?
You will need to sign up for an Australia Post 'My Post' account to change your delivery address. We strongly suggest that you do this as soon as possible to ensure your address is changed in time.
Please note, not all changes can be made depending on what transit status your parcel is in.

What happens if my order is returned to sender to DECJUBA?
If the postal service is unable to deliver your order based on the address information you have provided, your order will be marked as a 'return to sender' and sent back to our warehouse.
Once your order is delivered back to our warehouse, a team member will contact you via phone or email to confirm your details and organise the reshipment of your purchases.
Please understand that return to sender packages are out of our control, but we will do our very best to help get your order back to you as soon as possible.
