This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that govern the use of the Decjuba website.
Amendment of these terms and conditions
As these Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time, Decjuba recommends that this document be periodically reviewed. Amendments are effective immediately.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Misuse of the Decjuba website
When using the Decjuba website, you must not:

• impersonate or imitate another person or entity;
• restrict or inhibit another person from using or enjoying the Decjuba website;
• use the website in a manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions;

Creating an account
To place an order on the website, you will need to create an online account.
When you create an online account it is very important that any personal details you provide are complete, true and up to date.
Please let Decjuba know if your personal details change or are recorded incorrectly and Decjuba will promptly update them.
You will need to create a password to access your online account. Your password must be unique and kept secure and private at all times. Please let Decjuba know immediately if you believe or suspect there to have been a breach of security or any unauthorised use of your account.
On submission of an order on the Decjuba website, Decjuba constitutes your offer to purchase merchandise.
When you place your order, Decjuba will send an email confirmation of your order outlining the details of your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
On acceptance of your order, you will be allocated a Customer Order Number specific to your purchase. Please quote your Customer Order Number when contacting Decjuba about your order.
All orders are subject to Decjuba’s approval and the availability of merchandise.
If the merchandise ordered becomes unavailable, Decjuba will contact you. If you have paid for merchandise that is or becomes unavailable, Decjuba will promptly refund the cost of that merchandise to you.
The images, descriptions and prices of merchandise on the Decjuba website are provided for your reference only.
Decjuba may place a limit on the quantity of merchandise that can be ordered on the Decjuba website.
All orders are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
All prices quoted on the Decjuba website exclude postage and handling costs. You will be charged extra for postage and handling. You will be notified of these extra costs at the time you place your order.
Prices quoted on the Decjuba website may differ from prices in store. Prices quoted on the Decjuba website are indicative only and are subject to change.
If the price of merchandise is reduced after you place an order, Decjuba will not offer a subsequent price adjustment. The relevant price of merchandise is the price of merchandise at the time you place your order.
Cancellation of orders
Decjuba may in our absolute discretion, cancel or refuse to accept an order at any time, without liability.
If Decjuba cancels an order after you have made a payment, Decjuba will refund that payment to you but will have no further obligations or liabilities to you.
Payment of orders
You must provide complete, true and up to date payment and billing details.
When you place an order on the Decjuba website, you authorise Decjuba to deduct payments from the credit card you provide.
You must be the authorised holder of the credit card or be authorised to use the credit card in order to have payment details authorised and processed. Decjuba can request or demand proof of authorisation.
Decjuba can refuse to authorise and process an order for any reason. Decjuba may request credit, anti-fraud and identity checks if we believe this is necessary.
If Decjuba cannot charge payment to your credit card or if a payment is declined or returned for any reason, Decjuba may in our absolute discretion suspend or cancel your order and all our obligations with you under these Terms and Conditions.
If Decjuba is charged a fee for processing your credit card by your bank or financial institution, you will be liable for these charges. Decjuba will notify you of these charges if they apply.
Decjuba use SecurePay, a secure payment system that encrypts credit card information to protect you in accordance with best industry practice.
While Decjuba uses all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information remains secure, you must understand that it is impossible to completely guarantee that the transmission of data over the Internet will always be totally secure.
Any information submitted to Decjuba on the Decjuba website is done so at your own risk.
Delivery of merchandise
If Decjuba have accepted your order and payment has been authorised and processed, the merchandise purchased will be promptly delivered to you.
Decjuba aims to deliver merchandise to Australia within three to five business days of accepting your order.
Decjuba aims to delivery merchandise internationally within five to seven business days of accepting your order.
Decjuba only uses reputable postage and courier services to deliver merchandise to the delivery address selected by you, Australia Post in most instances.
Decjuba accepts no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.
Decjuba accepts no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to the Decjuba warehouse or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control.
Title to the merchandise and the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise passes to you upon receiving delivery of the merchandise from the Decjuba postal or courier service.
Copyright/intellectual property rights
The Decjuba website, its content, layout and design together with any name, logo, photograph, image, code, text, data, graphic, software or other identifying mark appearing on the website, may only be used for your personal reference, and may not otherwise be copied, reproduced, used, stored, published, altered, licensed, downloaded or transmitted in any form or by any means in whole or part, without the prior written consent of Decjuba.
All names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Decjuba website are the property of Decjuba or a third party who has contributed to the website.
