RETURNS

This Returns Policy relates to on-line purchases only.

When can you return merchandise?

You can return merchandise at any time within fourteen (14) days of receipt of merchandise and receive a refund.  We will not refund postage if postage was paid.

Please include the original invoice when you return merchandise.  

We do not accept the return or exchange of any sale items.  We also do not accept return or exchange on shoes that have been worn or lingerie.  We do not accept the return or exchange of any items bought in a FLASH SALE. 

Condition of returned merchandise

We can only accept merchandise that is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and labels intact.  

We will happily exchange merchandise that has been purchased on line and returned to us in this condition.  

You can either exchange the merchandise in store or send it back to us and we will exchange it for you and promptly send it back to you.

 

Faulty/damaged merchandise

We want you to be completely happy with your on-line purchases.  

If you are not happy with the merchandise that has been sent to you because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing (quoting your Order Number) within fourteen (14) days of receipt.   

If you do not let us know within this fourteen (14) day period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your order and that your merchandise is satisfactory.   

We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen (14) days.  

If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will refund any payment made by you.     

We may opt to replace faulty or damaged merchandise or issue a credit note in exchange for faulty or damaged merchandise.

If we agree that merchandise is faulty or damaged, our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price, replacement of the merchandise or the issue of a credit note.

 

Postage and handling costs

You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in returning merchandise to us (including faulty and damaged merchandise).   

We recommend that you return merchandise either in person at a store, or by registered post or courier to ensure it is received by us.   Any merchandise returned to us by post or courier must be packaged appropriately.

We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit.

Credit card refunds

If you return merchandise in store, please ensure that you bring the credit card you used to purchase the merchandise.  This allows us to process your return and refund the payment to you.
